Tetiana’s Answer
I have friends chefs and they often name working conditions as the biggest challenge. Kitchens are usually extremely hot in large restaurants and you have to constantly work on your feet. Another one is that you pretty much busiest when other people rest: evenings, weekends and holidays. Which makes planning family time challenging

Agreed w/ Juan.
It can also be a very cut-throat business, depending on where you want to work, like having your own restaurant in NYC? A bakery? It really depends on what area and what role you want to play.
Or you can make work on cruise ships and sail around the world for free! And then when you come home, work for an already established restaurant or think about opening your own spot.
