Jajaira’s Answer
I may be biased as I attended this school but Johnson and Wales University was amazing. It may be a bit costly but I loved all my courses and my teachers. They are all very well rounded and it lead me to gain great experience in my baking and pastry and food service management field.

the school you choose should not be based on how much it costs, it should be based on what you get out of it.
yes, i would research the school before attending, but like I said it depends on where you want to go, not where someone tells you to go.
I went to a community college, earned my AAS in Culinary Arts. I have been a chef for 40 years, and I liked my teachers too. played softball with some, and even hated a few.
