How many hours do culinarians usually work?

Perhaps you should go to your school library and ask the librarian to show you where on the computer you can find the awards for culinarians (Cooks, Chefs, etc.) Then you could download a copy and study which job it is that you would like to train for. Take all the information with you when you go for the job interview. Ask the interviewer for a job description for the position they are considering you for. Ask questions about the training program.
