Macro focused Social Work offers you a pretty wide pool to select from in terms of places of employment. This will be the biggest factor that will impact how much you are able to make. In addition to this, where you are at will also impact this. Jobs on either coast of the country in some areas trend higher. Also have to take into account if your macro work is strictly community based such as working for a local NPO or more broadly based such as working for a national organization or group.
