Graduation is what you need for qualify in any company , moreover you dont want need any special degree for learning programming languages . You can start learning and achieving Microsoft and Cisco Certifications. It gives you a lot of benefits and now a days , if you want a better salary with better profile. You should have already completed these certifications , Example :
1.Microsoft Certification is based for Software developing , Database Developing , Sharepoint Etc
2.Cisco Certifications is for Networking like CCNA CCNP

There are different options for you to pursue technical certificate courses in C++, JAVA. One key thing is your budget. A combination of free plus paid courses can be availed. You can find some information here to help you get started:

Hi Priya, I suggest you to learn trending programming languages like Python, R, Ansible, than C++, which is quite powerful, but not very relevant. There are many institutes in Bangalore & other cities across India, which offer such courses. A simple google search or JD search will yield you results.
