Anna’s Answer

I think it's hard not to fall into monotony. Having to cook daily can make you stop loving what you do and it can become harder and harder to be creative and passionate.

Gloria’s Answer

Hi Angel,

I agree that monotony is a big hurdle. I would also add getting exposure to other kinds of foods. When I think about cooking, unless you go to a school, your exposure to types of food and ways of cooking is going to be limited. You should challenge yourself to learn about all types of foods, by trying them first. And most of the good cooks that I know are always experimenting with new dishes in their own kitchens.
