Computer Science is a great field for many reasons: rapid job growth, great salaries, great job benefits,.. etc
When I was trying to decide what I wanted to do in college I looked back over what I enjoyed doing in middle and high school, throughout both the answer was building things cheaply. If you consider yourself creative and someone who likes building things quickly tech can be a great career.
Half of the struggle of picking a career is figuring out what you like. If you think you might be interested in doing tech I would recommend going to Khan Academy and checking out their free javascript course and see if you like coding.
Another thing to remember as you explore different languages and tutorials is to be incredibly patient with yourself and the process, very few people have coding immediately come naturally to them. If your school offers a coding course, I recommend trying that too because it will teach you a lot of important fundamentals, but the way you can grow a passion for this field is by dreaming up applications you wish existed and then trying to build those.

Recommendation is only to give you an idea of the available field/career. Before choosing your path, consider your personality and imagine what it'll be like being in the position. For example, software engineer, imagine yourself staring at the computer for a good 8 hours at work, solving user's problem . Think what gives you sense of achievement whether is through helping people that gives you sense of satisfaction, building new products, solving problem or research on new invention/innovation.
