Jimil’s Answer
The high demand and high paying occupations can vary depending on location and industry, however, some fields that have traditionally been in high demand and offer relatively high salaries include:
Healthcare: Healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and dentists are in high demand, and many of these roles offer high salaries. Specialties like anesthesiologists, surgeons and psychiatrists, for example tend to have some of the highest salaries among healthcare professionals.
Information Technology: Professionals in the IT field such as software developers, data scientists, and systems engineers are in high demand and typically have high salaries.
Engineering: Engineers such as mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers are in high demand and typically have high salaries.
Financial services: Professionals in the financial services industry such as investment bankers, hedge fund managers, and financial analysts are in high demand and typically have high salaries.
Business and management: Professionals in business and management such as management consultants, business development managers, and marketing managers are in high demand and typically have high salaries.
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) related fields: Especially, the growing trend of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing and cyber security are in high demand and have relatively high salary range.
It's worth noting that the demand and salary levels can vary depending on the location and the specific industry, and that this is not an exhaustive list. Some of these fields also require advanced degrees or certifications, and you may need to acquire specific skills and experience before you can qualify for high-paying positions.

Hi Tia
It all depends on where you live.
But a few high demand jobs for the future is Nursing and Cypersecurity.
The main thing about a career is not always the money , but it is about doing what you love.
Money will not always make you happy. Because from my experience. The more you make the more most people spend.
Of course you want to make a decent salary, that is understandable. But you do not want to be overly stressed.
Good look on your career choice. I hope what I said will help you to see things from a different light.

Hey Tia!
Nursing is a high demand and well paying career path, especially if you choose the route of becoming a CRNA. We are deep into a national nursing shortage and anything within the medical field will never go out of demand as we will always need to staff doctors offices, hospitals and specialty care facilities.
