Carmen’s Answer
Hello! It typically depends on the organization or company and position with regard to work location. Most positions can be remote, but some positions are hybrid (2-3 days in the office). Most roles will require individuals who are effective working independently and with teams.
Thank you so much, Carmen!

Hi,
Working remote or Hybrid (2-3 days in office and rest remote) depends on which company you are working for. Some roles which are not customer facing can be fully-remote. Most of the teams have collaborative team environment, where more than 1 team members work as a group. Team work is an important aspect of work for most of the companies

Ramesh’s Answer
Hi,
In your first job after college expect to be in the office majority of the week. As a fresh graduate you will benefit a great deal from face to face interaction with your team. In person interaction is far more effective for Developing expertise as a Software Developer, Developing understanding of the Software System, and Understanding the team culture. As you get more experienced hybrid options will open up.

Barbara’s Answer
Programmers can be remote, in-office or a hybrid of both. Depends on the company you work for. If you work as a contractor, usually, you can be more remote... but again, depends on the project/customer and company you work for. You must enjoy working with people as you will have to be on a team managed by a Project Manager/Director to ensure all objectives are met to satisfy the work/customer's requirements. Don't be afraid to ask for help from your peers, it is good practice to brainstorm together to acheive the best outcome. Do your best to become an expert in a couple of programming languages, and be flexible, and responsive. There are lots of opportunities for programmers, all over the world! Good luck!
Thank you Barbara I'm great with communicating this is perfect!
