What are the best colleges for helping people that went through disasters?

Is the pay good for a teaching job and is i worth it?

Thank you comment icon Hey Addison, there are specific programs for this but I am not aware of the specifics. Something I want to mention is that most Red Cross chapters have a natural disasters division where you can volunteer to help educate the community about how to prevent/survive a natural disaster but also, if you're old enough, you can be deployed to place to help folks who have been affected by a natural disaster Gurpreet Lally, Admin

I'm not sure if you're asking about colleges with that program and area of study or if you want to find a college that aids students that have experienced a disaster/humanitarian emergency.

If you want to study to work in this area, look for colleges that have programs and classes centered around humanitarian emergencies. Humanitarian emergency response is actually an area of study for public health. It might also be in a program focused on international studies or political science.

If you're looking for resources for yourself, try looking up resources available by the Red Cross. If you want to help others that are recovering from disasters, you can volunteer with the American Red Cross and international programs/organizations like UNICEF.
