What are the rules for finding a job in the USA?
Just need a job but am outside your country how will you help me

For a job in the USA, you will have to follow the guidelines stipulated by the American Embassy consular section, regarding a job visa and job sponsorship , in order to get a job in the USA you will have to apply to a specific company or trade- you must be skilled in your desired job- and a necessity for said Job in the USA and demand has to exist, in order to be able to qualify- The sponsoring American company will then issue a letter for your required work visa- You can not work in the USA without a work visa or proper documentation issued by the Department of State.
I would suggest you start looking into the diverse world of international companies that will allow you to travel within their own company- once you have found the company then start doing the process of visiting the company and learn their culture. I hope this helps-

In order to work in the US, you will need to get authorization from the American embassy, and eventually apply to be an American citizen if you are not one. The embassy will help you get a work visa, or a sponsorship. It also depends on the type of work you want to do, and what field you are in. For example, if you are a nurse practicing in India, you will need to get re-certified in the US for the state you desire to work in. I think your best bet would be to get in contact with the embassy to explore your options. Goodluck.

A lot of things go into finding a job in United States if the person is from another country. You will need to apply for work/job visa to get a job in the U.S. The process is lengthy and there are many jobs who may or may not allow work visa to be a qualification. there are some companies who sponsor people who have work visas and that will help them come to the U.S. in order to work. Other than this, degree is most likely needed whether it be bachelors or masters, experience if a company will sponsor you and what makes you stand out amongst your competition.

Hi, applying for a job here depends on many factors: experience, education, and what you have as far as forms of identification. For starters, you will need to get authorization from the U.S. embassy. After this occurs, it will depend on the type of work you are going for. For example, if you want to become a therapist, you have to have your credentials through the U.S. Your best option is to look into the company's policies, and good luck to you!

In my opinion, the easiest way is to get admitted into a University in the U.S. by using your grades from your home country, as well as scholarships. contacting the embassies and also help with this. As a student, you are granted a visa. Alternatively, you can attempt to get an H1B visa through a supplier organization assuming you have work experience and degree completion from your home country. You will only be able to work contracts, but at least you are eligible for jobs. Another way would be getting a company based in the U.S. to sponsor you. It is very expensive to have a company sponsor you so many companies do not want to do it. Also certain companies have bad experiences cutting through red tape when hiring people from outside of the country, so some positions are completely off limits, even though technically companies are legally not allowed to discriminate against you. If you found a position where you were overqualified and you told the company that you would take a salary cut in order to pay for them to sponsor you, you could probably pull off a W2 position.
