Best choice in culinary arts ?
I am honestly interested in all aspects of culinary arts, be it photography or creating new recipes or staying in kitchen for long hours or even writing about food.
What currently and in the next 10 years has the most scope to expand?

Tvisha,
Chef Joseph had good advice for you. You have covered a broad range of interests in the culinary world. As Chef Joseph says, do your research.
Photography, recipe development, and working in a kitchen are all culinary related. Follow your passion. It is ok if that takes you a little bit to understand what that is. It's ok if you try something and it doesn't work.
Once you figure that out talk with people that are doing that. I can tell you that working in a kitchen is stressful and consumes your life. I suppose that I would tell you to go for your passion with an eye on your future. How much time do you want to spend on your personal life verse your personal life now and say 10 or 20 yrs from now? I understand easier said than done but time well spent. Follow your passion and dreams. Balanced them with your future desires for a professional, personal/family life.

Tvisha,
I saw this had no answers, so I thought I'd throw some advice in here as it applies to most careers. Do your research, look in magazines, books, online, see what is trending. Culinary Arts is a wonderful field to get a career in as we all need to eat and not all of us know how to cook. Having 2 relatives in the industry, I will tell you family time 2nd. Most people want you to cook for them when they don't feel like it or they're having a large gathering. This usually falls on nights, weekends and holidays. If you're good with that, your personal limits are the only thing holding you back and you control that. Best of luck moving forward in your career choice.

Tvisha,
Culinary world evolves every day. Knowing exactly what the trends are in 10 years is a forecasters dream. However, I would think that you should do whatever you believe is right. Go with your gut, and learn as much as you can about the subject you are interested in.
