But in addition, I gained experience in 2 areas in the automotive industry,
As a designer, I gained good skills in CAD software and related fields. So if you want to become a designer, you must have good skill to explain your ideas, also you must have knowledge about manufacturing, GD&T etc.
As a systems expert, I develop engineering document management skills in industry, as product development is one of the most important areas in industry.

Hi Carlos,

It depends on what type of engineering you would like to do related to cars, could be mechanical, electrical, software or others.
Some skills that would apply no matter the type of engineering you do is to be detail oriented and truly think about the entire system even though you may only be working on a small section of it.
