Talent Application: Your job lets you harness and enhance your abilities and talents. You experience a sense of achievement and proficiency in your role.

Balanced Lifestyle: Your career enables you to strike a healthy balance between work and life. You're free from constant stress or burnout, and you have ample time for personal activities and hobbies.

Healthy Work Relationships: You enjoy positive relationships with your coworkers and bosses. A nurturing work environment can greatly enhance your job satisfaction.

Remember, it's crucial to understand that finding the perfect career may take time and could involve exploring various roles and sectors. It's perfectly fine to switch careers if you discover your current path isn't the right fit. Also, your priorities and values might shift over time, so your ideal career today may evolve in the future.

Hi Aureale!

1.To answer this, I think you need to reflect on your personality, your persona and most importantly what you like to do. Each one of us have a particular demeanor based on our likes and dislikes which I think outstands our decisions regarding execution of our job.
2. Secondly, choosing a reliable and relevant career path for yourself is solely based on your qualification in that particular area, if you feel like you bear enough practice and knowledge for a career path you'd like to choose you most probably succeed in that. Even if you don't have enough experience but are eager to learn, adapt and want to give it a go I guess that'll be great too.
3. Thirdly, the aura or the working environment, the job requirements , bounties, services really counts so you should give it a sweet time of thought too.

Paul’s Answer

I think that it is when you find something that you love so much, that even if they did not pay you to do it, you would still do it anyway.

Something where you can't wait to get to the office in the morning, and are the first to arrive, and are the last to leave in the evening.

That is the perfect occupation to have.

Hello, Aureale,
The unfortunate answer is that you will never know, not now, not ever. But that is the bright side of life. You are talented and smart and you could excel in many areas. You could spend your life looking for the perfect career. What I have found is that the feeling of personal success comes from having a positive relationship with others in your life and for ending each day with the feeling that you contributed to a bigger picture. My advice is to follow what you enjoy. That may not make you rich, but it will make you happy. Avoid any guidance that implies that success is tied to wealth. Just enjoy each day.

Wioletta’s Answer

It can be really tough to have absolute certainty that what we're doing is the best choice! But what truly matters is that when you're engaged in this activity, you find joy in it (not all the time, of course). You should feel a spark of excitement, and most importantly, when you rise and shine each morning, you shouldn't be thinking, "I don't want to do this!"
