There is not one fit answer for this ;as there are so many great rewarding careers, that call for different skills and each have their own distinct set of rewards. It is not only about money; does the career fit your style and energizes you, is it a career that gives back to the community or helps others. Do you want to be a leader of people or the best single contributor you can be ,do you want to have a boss or own your own business.
I would start by assessing what motivates you , what are your strengths and see what type of roles that match that. From there you can begin to reach out to people in those fields and get a good understanding of what their day to day looks like and the possibilists to grow in those roles
Hope this helps and good luck in your journey!

Hey Susan,
The best career choice will really depend on your interests and what you see yourself doing.
Figuring out your passion and once you do develop a game plan on how you can get into a role like that
Talk to individuals in that field and how they got that role
Have a good support system to help you meet those goals and give yourself grace as you will face challenges

Hi and trust that you are doing well?
At first, I my initial response was going to say my specific career, and then I realize I would be doing you a disservice.
Given that, I believe the best career choice is that which you have options to take paths while still finding fulfillment and growth. When it comes to a career, think about your entire personality to determine best fit.
Additionally, Identify what you value as a person and the way to want to share your expertise and intelligence.
Also, think about the culture that you are interested in as it is aligned with your personality.
I would suggest taking a personality career counseling test, that gives you some idea of how you will be successful and gain the most from the career choice you make.
Lastly, remember that it is okay to change careers. No one can make you stay in a career path if you do not want to do so, and don't be afraid to make the change. You have one life. Lead with logic and do not ignore your feelings either.
Best of luck!
