It's fantastic that you're eager to forge a path in Computer Science! Here are some suggestions to help you expand your understanding of this exciting field and get a solid grasp of the basics:

Consider platforms such as Coursera, Udemy, and Codecademy. They offer a wide range of courses covering all facets of computer software, from programming to operating systems.

Seek out books that are beginner-friendly and focus on computer science fundamentals, software development, and any specific programming languages or technologies that pique your interest.

There are numerous channels that offer tutorials and in-depth explanations on computer software topics. Channels like The Coding Train, Traversy Media, and freeCodeCamp come highly recommended.

Put your learning into practice by creating your own projects. Begin with modest, manageable projects and gradually take on more complex ones as your confidence and skill set grow.

Here's to your success!

Hi there,

I went the route of going to school for a computer science degree and then from there I entered the tech field working on websites. I'd recommend trying to learn some programming now while you're in school and applying to a computer science program.

Thank you for your question. I am glad to hear that you would like to be a developer.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Pick one simple programming languages to start first, e.g. Python, Scratch, etc.
2. Find out the language syntax and structure. There are plenty of resources online.
3. Start doing some simple programming. You can then try to do some simple projects, e.g. control a toy car, robotic arm, etc. Practise makes perfect!
4. You can learn another programming language in similar approach.
You can learn more computer theories and programming skills in Computer Science course in the college
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
