(Teaching and having side jobs/ (pianist)

At school, I am most interested in playing the piano ,experimenting with my art skills, and beginning teaching, while my hobbies include dancing , playing the piano, and working out. A topic that I am passionate about is to teach in an elementary school as a first grade or kindergarten teacher, majoring in English. What are some career options that best align with these interests and what are some helpful next steps I can do in the near future?

Seems like you are still exploring what you are good at. Also lot of things are interconnected in performing arts, for instance, playing piano will also teach you good timing about being an actor. As a lifelong musician, I have learned that there is always side-job opportunities for pianists. A great place to start, especially if you are already planning on working in the school system as an early educator, is local scholastic music programs. School orchestras and bands are always looking for piano players to accompany students for solo and ensemble contests. The work is aplenty and so is the pay. You can accompany as many students as you want as long as you have the capability to learn and perform all the necessary piano parts.
