How can I get the motivation I need to become a surgeon?

I have always dreamed of becoming a doctor. But lately, everybody around me is putting me down with the cost of medical school and college and it is not really motivating me anymore. What can I do #medicine #school #graduate-doctor-professor #graduate-college
