When will I receive an admissions decision?

UPDATE: Just got the acceptance I was waiting for today!!! So today is April 1st, and everything I've read says colleges notify applicants by April 1st. There are two schools I still have not heard from. At one school an admissions counselor reached out to me to ask me about some things on my application. I don't know if I should feel encouraged about that or not. Mostly I'm just anxious because one of the schools I'm waiting to hear from is my first choice. #still waiting #whenwilliknow
