What should I watch/read/listen to in the world of absurdism/existentialism literature or the two theories themselves?

After reading Camus' The Stranger and learning a little about Kafka, I've become fascinated with the ideas of absurdism and existentialism. If anyone can recommended me any YouTube videos, similar novels to Stranger, or any podcasts or audiobooks on said topics, I'd really appreciate it. I'm studying to become an English teacher, or film history professor on said topics.

Why aren't more engineering courses taught in a hands-on setting?

At my college, 90% of #engineering classes are based on #theory. A common belief is that you will only end up using a tiny portion of all that knowledge once you reach the workplace, and instead employees end up learning most their skills on the job. This makes the burden of college seem useless, aside from providing students with a piece of paper that proves they attended. #teaching #education #curriculum

How to build up critical thinking?

For me, theories courses are all difficult. May I can say I hardly ever get average grade in class. #critical-thinking #theory
