How do you screen jobs for work culture before you accept an offer?

Once, I interviewed and got a position that seemed perfect... until I saw the long list of people who had the position and then quit. The manager was mean, sneaky, and micro managing and I wish I knew that before I accepted! How do you get truthful answers about managing style, and get info from previous workers? #badboss #newjob #workculture
