How, with all the distractions that will surround you on a college campus, what advice can you give to maximize teacher resources and study time?

I am planning on majoring in Dietetics and want to be a dietitian one day. I also love playing sports and I am very active. I am very passionate about watching what I eat and staying in the best shape I can.
