What majors can I take for pre-med? How many years does medical school and residency take?

I've been doing a lot of research on scholarships, but I am having a really hard time finding ones that I qualify for. Do you have any tips?

I am really passionate about environmental science/conservation and I want to major in environmental science when I go to college, but I'm not sure what jobs there are in the field. I know of some(like an environmental scientist or engineer), but would like to lean more about it.

There's so much out there about applying to college and I've been trying to get as much help as I can from that, but what are some of the most important things to think about/do?

I am making a professional resume but it doesn't look that professional and I don't know how to fix that.
