I'm a senior in highschool, and I'm very interested in tech, engineering, and medicine! I would love to go into the medical field, and I don't know the best way to do that for me.

After I graduate highschool should I immediately go into college if I want to become a neurosurgeon?

My question is how do u know if your career path is good or bad and when do u know to leave something alone if it's not working career wise and when do u know that your doing ah career and not a job
