I am currently in the process of studying to be a security guard and I want to know what will I have to do when a problem occur and how to resolve them, along with what steps do I have to take afterwards.

The educational requirement to be an investigator is simply having a GED or a high school diploma. Is there any other education that may be needed? Any certifications?
How long did it take for you to get the pay you felt you deserve?
I want to know how many years it'll take for me to be satisfied and stable with being a LPN. I want my career to be long term, not causing problems financially.
