Where should I go into the nursing field if I want to make good money and help people at the same time. Without years of experience and years of college?

This is the field that I would like to go in but I had a few questions. Do you get to pick what your work schedule looks like? how long are the shifts? what are some things that you do everyday working?

Is it always available to have job call?

Is it sustained?

I am currently enrolled to get certified as a Medical Assistant and will become certified in about 8 months.

As of May 18, 2024, the average hourly pay for a Heavy Equipment Operator in California is $22.84 an hour.

I'm starting my medical field journey and need tips on how to better prepare and stay motivated.

If possible specifically working as an operator for Teichert or any other companies located in the Sacramento area that also includes working with the union.
