Evolution is the key to advancement. The extinction of dinosaurs, due to their inability to evolve, was perhaps a blessing in disguise as it would have been perilous for humans and dinosaurs to coexist.
The universe is always evolving, always changing. The journey of humanity towards a just society, free of war, famine, disease, and hunger, where everyone has the opportunity to realize their dreams and aspirations, is a vision we can all share and work towards.
Bear in mind, the only unchanging aspect in the universe is "The bureaucratic mindset!"

Evolving is important in personal life because it helps us grow as individuals and adapt to the changes around us. Life is full of unexpected twists, and if we don’t evolve, we can get stuck in old patterns, limiting our potential. By continuously learning, adapting, and improving ourselves, we become more resilient and better equipped to handle challenges. Evolving also helps us build deeper connections with others, as we learn to understand different perspectives and grow in empathy. Personally, I've found that embracing change and evolving has allowed me to be more fulfilled and open-minded, leading to a richer, more meaningful life.

Hi Holis - evolving is key for our lives and to progress. In Darwin's terms, natural selection results in adaptations, which increase the fitness of individuals. When you transpose evolution to the working environment, given the rapid changes of technology and the way we work, we need to be able to adapt and increase our abilities to progress. That means also working outside comfort zones, to be able to growth. It may cause stress - will I able able to make it? - and important is to know that it happens, it has always happened. We need to get better at what we are doing and develop new skills. When I look back to 30 years ago, the way we worked in my environment has dramatically changed compared to how we work now. We did not change radically and overnight, but we changed, we have evolved.. and it's ongoing. One may say I preferred then, sure, but the fact is, we have evolved.. and we were part of the change too, we were not passive.
