Sergio Adrian’s Answer

The most difficult part is to be able to make your own path and to be recognized for your professionalism, you must look beyond what you see around you, look at the most remote places to be inspired and have a great product.

Jordan’s Answer

Personally, the hours/ strenuous work.

Your schedule is generally not an average m-f 9-5 and the hours you do work you typically work very very hard!

It was a very rewarding career field! I loved creating and getting the recognition from customers / clients. It was worth it 💕

Alison’s Answer

Baking is a lot of science and knowing your measurements. You can get as creative as you like, but the base recipe needs to be measured well and followed in order.
I try to keep the base recipe as easy as I can, then have fun with plating and sauces.

Benjamin’s Answer

Baking is chemistry so you have to be exact. You can rush, as long as it takes is how long it takes end of story.

Chef is more physically and emotionally demanding. And they amount of stress one could have is unbearable but you pull through.
