Hey Eduardo, due to your age, there's a cap on the number of hours you can work while attending school.
But don't worry, there are plenty of opportunities waiting for you! Take a look at Arizona@work. It's a fantastic job site specifically designed for young people like you in Arizona.
Don't forget to explore Zip recruiter as well, it's another great resource for finding youth jobs. Keep going, your perfect job could be just a click away!

Hello Eduardo,
I'm not quite sure about the exact restaurants available in your locality, but I can tell you that both Chipotle and Starbucks offer impressive college assistance programs. A simple search of "Chipotle" or "Starbucks" followed by "college assistance" on Google will lead you to a wealth of information on these programs.
While there are certain conditions you'd need to meet, like maintaining part-time employment, the benefits are truly worthwhile. I've had the privilege of attending a career fair where representatives from both Chipotle and Starbucks shared their personal experiences of benefiting from these programs.
Moreover, in industries where employee turnover is high, your loyalty can be a great asset. Staying committed to your job can significantly increase your chances of earning promotions to supervisory or managerial positions. So, keep that in mind and stay motivated!

Think about offering your services to family friends or neighbors. You might provide lawn care, babysitting, or assistance with household tasks. Or, you could put a unique skill you possess to good use. By doing this, you'll not only be able to set your own rates but also gain valuable skills that are often sought after in many roles, such as customer service, problem-solving, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. As you grow older, mentioning this initiative during job interviews could give you an edge over other candidates, particularly those without any prior work experience.
