What is the best pathway to become a nurse practitioner?

I want to become a nurse practitioner but i'm not sure what the best path is for me. I'm not sure if I should become a registered nurse first and work and couple years. Or just continue straight with my education until I become a nurse practitioner. Any suggestions on what exactly is the best path? #futurenp #medicine #college
