Specifically looking at Iowa State University for engineering, is a second language like Spanish something that is needed?

I have taken two years of Spanish so far and I feel I know the very basics, but I am not very confident in my skills. I realize that a second language would be helpful but I am wondering if I should reconsider continuing my Spanish classes. #second_language
