What is the biggest challenge you had to overcome to get to where you are now professionally? How did you overcome it?
Imposter syndrome got in my way many times, it helped to have a team that empowered me and made me feel safe. I also began mentoring which helped my community and helped me understand how I was growing as an engineer (which is often hard to see).
