My interview for Application Development Specialist was 2 months ago and the status says "In Process". Does anyone know what the job process for MTA is like? Any information would be helpful in understanding the typical timeline and procedures for the Application Development Specialist role at MTA.

How do I make a website from scratch, not using any templates, and making something that is functional and a good layout. I am having difficulty knowing where to start!

I want to do cosmetology as my major in college but I am originally a major in dance.

I am a sophomore in high school and I am 15 years old. My favorite class is math but i also like to major in dance although I think I want to try cosmetology.

Here is my opinion: Leaders can be both born and made, as some people have natural leadership qualities while others develop them through experience and training. But I would really love to hear your opinion.
