When in the job market for Information technology, what are some valuable things to keep in mind?

Hello, I'm 17 and I've already graduated from high school (2024) and now I'm in college.
I want to know where should i work to get some experience ?

I am currently a high school student who is need of connections for internships and such. I also would like to know any extracurriculars that I could pursue for psychology.

If you could list the pros and cons or give me some insight on the career that would be truly appreciated .(any advice helps!!)

I haven't decided which one I want to pursue yet. I'm getting my EKG certification this year as a junior and I wanted to start looking into colleges soon anyways.

Like the types of classes and degree. Also if any colleges have specialized programs for this kind of nurse.(Any advice or knowledge helps c:!! )
