What video editing software should I use on my phone?

I want to make my videos look really good for tiktok and maybe eventually youtube but I don't know what video editing software to use and I don't want to just put it on said app straight off my phone if I didn't film it there in the first place. I have capcut but I want something else free and for on a phone that might be a bit more professional. Plus, I'm not allowed to have a laptop yet except for the one for school but that is very monitored and restricted plus it's for school.
