What is something I should keep in mind for pursuing meteorology?
I'm a sophomore inn high school and still figuring out what I want to do as a career, but I've always found meteorology and weather interesting.
Do meteorologists only show up and work in the news field?
On the news i’m always seeing meteorologists broadcasting about the lasted weather. So it always makes me wonder if they just appear on the news or do they also work in labs and research centers?
Any metiorologidtd out there?

Where would a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Science with a minor in Mathematics take me in a career?
Looking forward to eventual graduate work with strengths in science, math and chemistry, I am fascinated with the dynamics of weather. I want a good scientific or research related internship or employment with a weather-related agency, whether environmental or governmental. I know my strength in math makes an impact.
