I am wondering how coding affects society today and how it can and might affect the future.

I'm a senior in high school, and I have no clue what I want to do in the future, where I want to go for college, or what I should major in.

What college majors can prepare me for computer science careers

Should I be searching for internships right away when I know what I want to pursue in the future? Or should I be exploring my options, for example maybe focusing a majority of my time in studying, or out making friends?
