see the big question is how do people become successful? besides working very hard I feel like there's more to success than just working and working? so how do I become successful and how do people do it?

I do not want to overwhelm myself with a ton of work while also trying to keep good grades with my schooling.

How do you manage college classes?

Spending so long in college is the one thing that makes me question if I want to be a doctor, more specifically a dermalogist because what would I be learning that would take 12 years to master? Also, others the same age with me would already have jobs.
