What are easy ways to stay disciplined and consistent with activities such as going to the gym.

I have started looking into shadowing with doctors but I am unsure where to start. I am premed and want to shadow with some of the pediatricians in my community, but I know that it is definitely a competitive process.

I am a senior in high school and I’m still unsure about what to do with my future. My family really wants me to be a doctor or doctor adjacent but I don’t think that’s the best choice for me.

I know I have a strong skill I writing, however, I want it to be convincing and touching for the college reader. I want them to feel like they have talked to me in person instead of reading an essay.

I'd like to stay near my hometown, but I'd also love to live near the beach or just in the general area of California. I was thinking about UCLA, but their tuition is a little too expensive.
