Why do many companies prefer students straight out of college now with no experience over career-experienced individuals ?
I live in the south and it seems like more often, industry-related jobs are wanting to hire non-experienced individuals over those with plenty of experience in their technical area of profession. I’m curious why there seems to be a shift to this over applicants with years of industrial experience in their fields.

What other instruments will I have to learn for a career in music therapy?
I already play two instruments–piano and French horn. I have yet to be able to master French horn to a certain extent. The piano is going well. I'm just interested in knowing what other instruments I'll need to learn for music therapy. #music #music-therapy #instrumentation #career
