I am wondering if the colleges I have been looking at are a good education, how would I know this?

I am a senior in high school, And in the future, I would like to own houses or apartment buildings that are being rented out. Would like to know how I could get started out.

Every job has its dull and super boring tasks that you have to do anyway. I was curious what these types of tasks were for a Mechanical Engineer; or any type of Engineer, I'm not picky.

I like having money, but it seems like I need to sacrifice either grades or money. I know grades will help long term but should I not work and not be able to have money?
