I’m confused In finding career

I want to choose my field. So as a first step what can i do.

I want to be a kpop singer and join the Ive kpop group. But, my parents won't allow that and they're keep on saying that I won't get to do that. Even when I was practicing everything for what it takes to be a kpop singer and to join the Ive group for 3yrs.

I need to know what steps to take right now, how to find a record company that understands me, and how to keep the record deal once I get it.
