I am in 8th grade. I have recently started a cookie cake business, Bella's Custom Cookie Cakes. I am currently baking cakes in my house. In the future, I would like to have a bakery. What steps should I take to grow my business?

How do I choose a college? There are many to choose from, and all say they are the best. Plus, I have to worry about tuition.

I'm entering 11th grade and I need to start exploring career paths but I'm interested in many fields and I'm confused.

When should I start looking at scholarships?

I get paid every week and it’s all gone by the end of that same day i owe people money and I end up not being able to cause I’m spending it on stuff Ik I don’t need

My main problem with choosing a career path is that I am scared I am going to commit to something and realize that it is not what I want to do for the rest of my life.

How and when do you know a career path is for you?

I am looking for an airline that pays and treats me well. Also, I would like one the most benefits.

For example: If I wanted to go to a college with a strong architectural program yet the overall college is bad but I found a different college with a worse pogrom but the overall college is better?

What are some steps or skill I need for my first job? How can i make a good impact?

I've been struggling on how to respond to questions during interviews such as "why us," "where do you see yourself in the future," "how does this job fit within your goals," etc.
