What fuels your passion to keep learning new cooking techniques and foreign culinary dishes, if you're at the top your field?

I would like to work in culinary arts and was wondering what are some potential hazards I should know about

I want to own my own cafe in the future because it's my dream so I was just wondering what made you want to and what was your dream of it.

I really what to be prepared for when i go into what i want so it would be nice to know what are things you wish you knew about it.

I am looking for advice and what it would be like to help me look at my future and to help me prepare for anything that comes my way

culinary is one my trades because im a experience cook and i do well with cooking and watching i catch on very fast and im very passionate in my work patient .

I've been planning for a while in order to enter a career into culinary arts, but in the event that it wouldn't exactly be a realistic goal for me, what could be a different career that benefits from a similar skill set?
