Can I stort ✍️ and then publish my own stories?

I'm in 9th grade, and I honestly filled this out because it was a requirement for an assignment.

Honestly so far I managed to get a script written and I'm on 2nd draft/polish. But I'm lost... What next? How do I know If it's complete? If I met all the curriculum. (P.S. Self-study student overhere).

I don't necessarily have the funds available to go to collage withought amassing a huge amount of student debt and I was wondering if it was a requirement for being a writer.

I'm currently working on three novels although one is fan fiction so I guess that one doesn't count. I need help with writers block and with having too many ideas for new one novels when I haven't finished a single one or even finished the character sheet(s).

I want to get a good job finishing my degree, so what will be best for me? English, nursing or any other

I haven't been able to find anything that was specifically tailored to book writing.

My favorite class is English.

I enjoy developing games, doing robotic projects and playing basketball; however, when I work on those, I tend to lose motivation whilst in the middle of either completing something or practicing.
