How to get into a college to become a vet?
Hello! I am a Junior in high school and I am looking to become a vet for wildlife and/or zoos, what can I do to give myself a better chance at getting into that field? I am currently taking classes like Intro To Ecology and my school has a farm so I was able to participate in clubs that take care of the pens and the animals. An extra question I have is also, what colleges in PA have the best Vet tech, Veterinarian, Zoologist programs?
Any tips or advice on whether its worth it to become a zoo vet vs zookeeper? Thank you all! #Spring24

I'm interested in working at a zoo or an animal rescue place, but I don't know what education I need to pursue.

How do I actually get into top tier schools?
Hi! I am aiming for top tier schools. I am a current freshman, 4.0 GPA. I do student council and mock trial. This year I took one AP and advanced class, next year I will be taking 3-4 AP classes. I am interested in zoology, pediatrics, youth advocacy, law, and government. What can I be doing to get into a good university? (Are my EC’s enough? I know I don’t have music or a sport)
What is an accessible way to get into the biology/zoology field?

What major(s) should I have to be a zookeeper or work with animals (not a vet)?
Hello everyone. I would love to work with animals for my career. But I don't understand if I should go for Animal Science or Zoology. Or both? I don't want to be a vet necessarily. I would love to be a zookeeper overall, but I am not sure what major I should do. I appreciate any help you can provide.
